A “Certificate of Authenticity” for each jewellery piece purchased.
A 2 year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects (wear and tear are not covered).
A free inspection to advise of any maintenance or repair requirements.
Returns policy
In-Store Purchases:
In-store purchases can only be returned for exchange or store credit. The exchange or store credit must be within 14 days of purchase. Items received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
Please note that in-store purchases are not eligible for refunds.
All returns must be in person in our Parnell store, as we do not accept returns mailed to us for purchases made in-store. Returned items must be in the original condition, unworn and with the original packaging and product tag still attached. If the item has been altered or resized to meet your requirement or worn or damaged in any way, including, but not limited to, scratches and chemical damage, it will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.
Please note that due to health regulations earrings are non-exchangeable, unless they are faulty.
Solitaire De Parnell Jewellery will determine the condition of the purchased item(s) at its sole discretion. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the item(s) in the same condition as they were purchased. Any certificates that accompanied the item or were issued must be returned with the item.
All returns are subject to inspection by Solitaire De Parnell before an exchange or store credit is processed.
Sale Items:
All sale items purchased in-store or online are final and not eligible for store credit or exchange.
Online Purchases:
Solitaire De Parnell jewellery strives to ensure that you love the jewellery piece you have chosen from our website. To ensure this, we offer a 7 day return period in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please note that this policy does not apply to purchases made in store.
If you wish to return an item purchased online please email us on: hello@solitaire.net.nz advising of your desire for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
Please note that some jewellery pieces are only available for purchase in person at our Parnell store, in Auckland and cannot be bought online.
Online purchased items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date. Return courier is at the customer’s responsibility and expense. We strongly recommend that you insure the returning package for the total purchase price. The returned mailed package must be a signature-required package, and please keep a copy of your courier receipt as proof of sending until we have acknowledged the receipt of your returned package. It is advisable to take picture of your package and its content before mailing it.
